Book Description:
Love blooms across species, culture, and time.

Stranded in another dimension, on a primitive version of Earth, Dr. Susan Barlow needs to find a way to survive. There’s no electricity, no cities, and to her shock, no humans. Instead, she faces a population of werewolves, vampires and incubi. The people are vicious but she must find her place among them. And live.

An illness is killing Sorin’s pack. As alpha it’s his responsibility to save them, but it’s a battle this warrior doesn’t know how to fight. Then a blue light in the sky brings a creature he’s never seen. She calls herself human, but to him she smells like hope.

Sorin offers Susan a safe haven in return for a cure, but she’s not that kind of a doctor. She’s a doctor of physics, not a physician. Yet as they search for a cure to save a dying people, they find something special—each other.

But even with Sorin’s protection, Susan can’t help but wonder how long she can survive in a world without humans…

Warning: Feral shifters, power-hungry vampires, and a sole human female suffering culture shock

Alisha’s Review:
Susan was instantly captivating. She’s geeky, she’s resourceful, she has a heart full of gold. What’s not to love? I admit that I held my breath each time she focused on trying to leave Eorthe (I silently would yell ‘nooooo’ as she contemplated her escape). She just seemed to fit in so well that I immediately hoped she’d come to her senses and stay. Her passion for the people of the new dimension was admirable and seeing the world through her eyes was an exciting adventure. On top of trying to figure out her place on Eorthe, she finds herself falling in love with the deliciously tormented Sorin, who is desperate to save his clan from a disease that they’ve never dealt with before. The passion between Susan and Sorin is hot. H. O. T.  You hear me? Every scene between them had both of my eyebrows raised in anticipation. Goodness.

Eorthe is full of other fun characters as well: Kele, the werewolf princess who has trouble shifting, vampire Benic who has his own agenda and Peder, Sorin’s right hand wolf who seems to have something stirring underneath his quiet surface. Each character captured my attention (and more importantly, my imagination) and I loved every single one. I cannot wait until the next installment of the Chronicles of Eorthe series comes out!

I give Scent of Salvation 5 out of 5 for steamy scenes, lots of action and a great story.

Werewolves and vampires and incubi…these are a few of my favorite things 😉 The world building sounds really interesting!
